What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, and all major credit cards.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders. The shipping method is international ePacket which is the fastest and most economic method with tracking. For more details you can review our shipping information.
What if I need to modify my order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order once it is submitted.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed and the order conformation is received, this is because TRUi ships from our third party warehouse. You can request a return once you receive your order.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, then please contact us.
I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.
How long does shipping take?

I live in a country other than the USA, can I order TRUi?
Yes, however please note that you will be charged in USD and the currency conversion may incur a fee from your card issuer depending on what payment method you select. Please also note that we are not responsible for any customs charges you may have to pay. Customs may charge their own fees which are not associated with our shipping cost, they are their own entity and will charge as they see fit.
What is your refund and return policy
Faulty products can be returned within 30 days after delivery for a refund or replacement. Please ensure that your product is returned to us in its original packaging where possible. We can’t accept returns after 30 days.
Cost of returns:
You will need to cover the cost of the return. Please try to send your return via a tracked service as we can’t be held responsible for your return going missing.

We’re happy to arrange a refund or replacement for you. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item and we’ll get that sorted for you.

Where do I send my returns?
Please contact our support team via email or Live Chat for the correct return address. As our products are fulfilled by various partners, the return address on your parcel might not be the closest (and cheapest) for you.
